- Uncertain Outcome Review added: 2017.12.19★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Dreadful service which required two visits, and they didn't manage to make a single key that actually worked in the door on either occasion. Rude and unhelpful staff. Ended up having to go a different store in the end (Shoecare, Godalming), who did the job perfectly first time and were so much friendlier. We will not ever visit this place again, and recommend you save your money and time and do the same.
