  Terrible, dirty, no customer service whatsoever. My advice to folks who are planning to join the membership, please pay the extra pound and join a gym with better reputation and transparent expectation, with the gym transformation the centre's management is expecting customers to be happy with the poor and decadent arregements that they made, even the most basic things are missing, just one jar of water and a hand gel sanitiser for all the people that visits "the gym" is ridiculous, a lot of equipment are broken, all dirty and sticky, matts grey dark of dirt, dust, hairs and everything on the floor, the squash room where they put the matts is so hot, the swim pool dirty as well, showers filthy, very poor customer service, poor facility maintenance etc. The worse thing is that people seem to be used to it, they think that because they don't pay an expensive membership they can't expect something better. We defenetely will leave if our complaints are not listened and if we find a better option in price and distance.
